Noemi Paciorek, LMHC
I teach the skills people need to thrive in their relationships and life.
|
Noemi’s Bio:
People feel comfortable working with me because I have deep empathy for them and I bring warmth and humor to our work. Clients benefit by: increased self-esteem, healthier relationships, making powerful choices, connecting to a sense of purpose, and creating fulfilling futures.
In addition to working with issues common across the lifespan, such as anxiety and depression, I specialize in working with midlife concerns and addictions. I also teach mindfulness and energy awareness for managing stress and compulsive eating. I use an eclectic approach that incorporates CBT, ACT, neuroscience, mind-body-spirit awareness, and compassion.
My blog addresses issues related to change – both the changes we choose and those that choose us. My purpose in writing this blog is to help you survive, navigate, and thrive through change. I hope reading it will help you harness the power you have to change those aspects of your life that are dissatisfying. I view this blog as a helpful adjunct to therapy. Click here to read more.
Upon request, I can also assist clients in identifying a deeper purpose for their lives using a system I have developed. You can read about this at www.manifestyourpurpose.com.
I am also working on a series of books to be published in the next few years.
